Tim and Frederike = 3 Mets & Vins
3 Mets & Vins is a family business founded in November 2015 by Tim and Frederike Bos. We are private chefs who can cater for dinners or events at any location. After graduating from hotel management school in the Netherlands, and we went on to work in different large 4 and 5 star hotels and renowned restaurants in Amsterdam.
In 2015 we decided to move to France with our son Bruno for good, to enjoy the beautiful nature, the outdoors and the French culture and most importantly to let our passion for food and wines flourish.
Our mission is to share this passion with others, by serving stunning wines and locally-sourced, healthy and delicious food in wonderful settings, bringing people together to enjoy an unforgettable experience.
When cooking our dishes we use as many organic products as possible. These come preferably from our own garden but we also source products from local producers who we know personally.
As well as being passionate about food, we are as passionate about wine. Tim is certified sommelier and Master of Wine and had his own company in the Netherlands importing and selling wine.
We will advise which of our special Organic, Biodynamic and Natural wines from the South West of France accompany the dishes the best. On request we can also supply wines from other regions of France.
Besides cooking, we regularly give workshops and wine tastings for beginners but alsof for the more experienced wine amateur.
We can also organize a wine tasting, wine tour or workshop for you, whether you are a beginner or a wine connoisseur.
