Tarlant Champagne is a family owned growers estate dating back from 1687. Current generation brother and sister Benoît and Melanie Tarlant are converting the estate in to organic culture. Using already for a long time the natural vinification and zero or very low quantities of sugar for the second fermentation, so all about crisp and mineral fine Champagne

Millésime: Non Vintage. year of harvest, 2014 and some reserve Vintages
Grape variety and soil: 50% Chardonnay, 44% Pinot Noir and 6% Pinot Meunier Soil, Craie, Sparnacien, sandy soils and chalk from the Lutétienne era
Taste: Great and very pure bone dry Champagne, very fine bubbles with notes of brioche, and zest, flowers and red fruits, smoky mineral and salty, fine, complex long and elegant and still very young so let it breath in your glass or decant
Wine pairing: Gastromic wine, aperitif, oysters, fish, white meats like a good farmer chicken and to celebrate
Serving Temperature: 11-14 c , glass type, Champagne flute or white wine glass. drink now until 2028+ in a cold cellar
Vinification: Natural vinification with local yeasts, dosage < 0 gram. no malolactic ferrmentation and a very long maturation, 72 months”sur lattes” on it’s fine lie regorged summer 2020 low in SO2< 40mg total alcohol content 12%
