In the heart of the Côte des Bar, Vincent Couche, a passionate and very demanding winemaker, cultivates 14 hectares of biodynamic vines on 2 terroirs.

Grape variety and soil: 81% Chardonnay 19% Chardonnay Soil, Sol kimméridgen à Bruxeuil, sol argilo marneux à Montgueux, sol de craie Côte des Bar
Taste: Great and very pure bone dry Champagne, very fine bubbles with notes of brioche, lemon zest, white fruits, mineral and salty, fine, complex long and elegant
Wine pairing: Aperitif, oysters, fish, white meats like a good farmer chicken and to celebrate
Serving Temperature: 10-11 c , glass type, Champagne flute. drink now until 2024
Vinification: Vinification for 7% in barrels, local yeasts, dosage < 4 gram after the dégorgement. malolactique fermentation and 3 years “sur lattes” low in SO2< 70mg alcohol content 12%
