One of the few Orange Wines from this region! made by talented Vincent Alexis from Château Barouillet, works organic and biodynamic since 2008 on his family Domaine in the village of Pomport the heart of the région

Region: Bergerac, Vin de France

Grape variety and soil: Muscadelle, Ondenc and Chenin Blanc, soil argilo calcaire with limestone bedrock

Taste: Orange Wine “light”, Complex bouquet and taste ripe yellow fruits, flowers and asian spices, dry but also with soft and fine acidity easy going but powerful and complex lingering aftertaste with a noble biterness and some tannin, not filtered or fined so cloudy

Wine pairing: Gastronomic Orange Wine for special ocassions, aperitif, white meat, asian and spicy kitchen, ripe cheeses white or red crusted

Serving Temperature: 12-14 c , medium or big sized white wine glass type Burgundy. Open in advance or decant before drinking, drink now or keep untill 2026+

Vinification: Natural vinification local yeast’s on concrete and stainless steel, 45 days skin contact, riping on terracotta amphora’s on it’s fine lies for 6-8 months, not filtered or fined cloudy wine, Alcohol content: 11,5% No sulphites added SO2 total<25mg
