Grape variety and soil: 80% Sémillon, 10% Sauvignon Blanc et 10% Muscadelle. Soil: Argilo Calcaire (Clay with Limestone)
Taste: Semi-Sweet. Cloudy, bouquet with white flowers and peaches, very elegant and beautiful and juicy. Some honey pure and fine nice length
Wine pairing: Aperitif, foie gras, and desserts low in sugar
Serving Temperature: 10-11°C, medium sized white wine glass, drink now or until 2024
Vinification: The hand picked grapes, in two tris are slightly touched by nobel rot, have à natural vinification in stainless steel cuves. Not filtered. Alcohol content: 13%. SO2 total <30mg
