Grape variety and soil: The organic Hand picked grapes are bought. Sauvignon Blanc and Gris from Domaine Clos des Terrasses and Château Tourmentine, Sémillon from Domaine Joseph Collet Soil: Argilo Calcaire (Clay with Limestone). Vin de Négoce, Hors les murs
Taste: Fresh, pure and complex, some apples and pears, blossoms and fresh herbs. Good juice, mineral, length and a fine noble bitterness
Wine pairing: Aperitif, salads, fish and shellfish, chicken, your daily white wine
Serving Temperature: 11-13°C , medium sized white wine glass. Open 1 hour in advance and decant before serving. drink now or keep untill 2026
Vinification: Natural vinification on concrete, riping on it’s fine lies for 6 months, not filtered or fined cloudy wine, very low amound of sulphites added. Alcohol content: 14% SO2 total<30mg
