Camille and Mathias Marquet of Château Lestignac are the wizards of the Bergerac region! Working already for more than 12 years Biodynamic, with 100% natural vinification. 100% expression of the terroir and an almost Burgundy style. They are not afraid to experiment

Region: Bergerac, Vin de France

Grape variety and soil: Sauvignon Blan et Gris, Sémillon, Chenin Blanc, Petit Manseng, Corbu, Merlot blanc, Muscadelle, Listan, Rafiat de Moncade, Trebbiano. Soil: Argilo calcaire (Clay with Limestone). blue marl on rocky soil

Taste: Pure, juicy and complex rich and profound, citrus, apples and pairs, floral and some green herbs, very long in taste

Wine pairing: Oysters and shellfish, fish, white meats, farmer chicken, cheeses

Serving Temperature: 11-13°C , medium sized white or big wine glass. Open 1 hour in advance and decant before serving. drink now or keep untill 2026+

Vinification: Natural vinification on concrete and old barrels, riping on it’s fine lies for 12 months, not filtered or fined, very low amound of sulphites added. Alcohol content: 13,5% SO2 total<30mg
