Camille and Mathias Marquet of Château Lestignac are the wizards of the Bergerac region! Working already for more than 10 year Biodynamic, with 100% natural vinification, 100% expression of the terroir and an almost Burgundy style in taste, juicy, powerful and mineral. They are not afraid to experiment.

Taste: A little bit sweet (moelleux) very fine bouquet of very ripe fruit like pears and apples with a exotic tough, some nice green notes and a nice minerality, rich and complex juice, long aftertaste
Wine pairing: apéritif with friends, charcuterie, and very fine with a good foie gras
Serving Temperature: 10-12 c, medium/ big sized white wine glass. Open 1 hour in advance or decant before serving. drink now or keep untill 2022 (cool cellar)
Vinification: Natural vinification all 3 grape variaties seperate, on concrete and sainless steel, not filtered, very low amont of sulphites added before botteling SO2 total<25mg Alcohol content: 13,5%
Culture: Natural and Biodynamic, no certification
