Vincent Roussely started on his family Domaine Clos Roussely in 2001, all about purity en full expression of the grape varieties and the terroir of Angé.

Region: Loire Valley, Vin de France, Touraine Chenonceaux

Millésime: n.v.

Grape variety and soil:  100% Pinot Noir Soil, Argilo Calcaire (Clay with Limestone), and Silex

Taste: Great and very pure dry Rosé de Pinot Noir, with notes of small red fuits en mineral, fine, complex and elegant

Wine pairing: Aperitif, fresh strawberries, fish, white meats, to celebrate

Serving Temperature: 10-11 c , Champagne flute. drink now until 2024

Vinification: Natural vinification in 250 year old caves troglodytes 12 months in stainless steel tanks, local yeasts, second fermentation on the bottle (methode traditionnelle) riping on his fine lies (sediment) sur lattes 24 months low in SO2< 70mg alcohol content 12,5%
