Grape variety and soil: 100% Malbec (auxerrois) Soil, Argilo Calcaire (Clay with Limestone)

Taste: A Classic Cahors, deep and complex bouquet with dark fruits like cherry’s and blackberry’s, some dark chocolat, full body, very good and fine tannin structure long after taste

Wine pairing: Red meats, duck and game but also a nice barbecue with friends

Serving Temperature: 16-17 c, medium or big sized red wine glass type Bordeaux. Open 2 hours in advance and decant before serving, drink now or keep untill 2027

Vinification: Natural vinification soft extraction on concrete tanks on low temperature, maturation in oak barrels 600 liters “demi muids” for 12 months, local yeasts low in sulphite <50mg/l  alcohol content: 13%

Culture: Organic (2008), label AB (2014)
