Taste: A fresh and crisp white wine, peach fruit and some almond flowers, nice and fine accidity with a long mineral aftertaste
Wine pairing: aperitif, salads and pesto dishes, fine fish dishes and fish from the grill
Serving Temperature: 10-12 c, medium sized white wine glass. drink now or keep untill 2024
Vinification: Natural vinification soft extraction on concrete tanks on low temperature, maturation on it’s lie (sediment), local yeasts low in sulphite <60mg/l alcohol content: 12,5%
