Grape variety and soil: 50% Merlot 30% Cabernet Franc 20% Cabernet Sauvignon Soil: Argilo calcaire with limestone bedrock
Taste: Rich and powerful red wine, full of black fruits like cassis, mint, dark cocolat, mocca and tobacco, great balance in acidity, superb powerful tannins and great lenght
Wine pairing: Rich dishes and sauces, red meats, game and venison and ripe cheeses
Serving Temperature: 16-17°C, big sized red wine glass type Bordeaux. Open in advance or decant before drinking, drink now or keep untill 2028+
Vinification: Natural vinification local yeast’s on concrete and stainless steel, riping on used oak barrels for 18 months. Not filtered or fined, no sulfites added. Alcohol content: 14% SO2 total<25mg
