Grape variety and soil: Marsanne, Ugni Blanc et Clairette. Limestone, and sandy soils, micro climate direct at the sea where the Mistral blows over the vinyard

Taste: rich, dry, complex and round but very elegant, pure, lemon and lemon zest, white almond and lemon flowers, mineral and a salty long finish

Wine pairing: Aperitif, artisjokes , the best with Bouillabaise, fresh fish and shellfish, white meats, mediterranean cuisine, pesto dishes, gastronomic wine
