4th Generation and Ambitious wine maker Jonathan Sack-Zafiropulo, is experimenting with single grape varietys, like a rosé from 100% Grenache and a great white from 100% Vermentino vinified on terracotta and grès amphora’s, But his white wine from Cassis from the most beautiful vinyard in the world, is one of the classic wines from the Mediterranean, and served in 3 star Michelin restaurants

Grape variety and soil: Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, Mourvedre. Limestone, slate sandy soils, micro climate direct at the sea where the Mistral blows over the vinyard
Taste: very fresh, pure and dry, zesty grapefruit some raspberries, mineral and a salty long finish with a little bit of tannin by the Mourverdre
Wine pairing: Aperitif, artisjokes , Bouillabaise, fresh fish and shellfish, mediterranean cuisine, pesto dishes, all ocassions, all year round
Serving Temperature: 10-12 c, medium sized white wine glass. drink now or keep untill 2023+
