Grape variety and soil: 60% Merlot and 40% Cabernet Franc. Soil, Argilo Calcaire (Clay with Limestone) and bedrock of limestone with fossils of seastars
Taste: Pure full bodied wine with red fruits like cassis and blackberries and spices, a lots of minerals fine tannins, long and lingering after taste
Wine pairing: Your daily red wine, red meats, game but also barbecue with friends etc.
Serving Temperature: 16 c, medium or big sized red wine glass. Open 2 hours in advance and decant before serving! Drink now or keep until 2027
Vinification: Natural vinification on polyester tanks with the Merlot, the Cabernet Franc under “maceration carbonique”, and for a part some aging on oak barrels for 12 months, local yeasts, not filtered of fined low in SO2 <25mg, alcohol content 13,5%
