Taste: Round pure and fresh, a lot of ripe fruit like strawberry’s, cherry’s and redcurrants, pink grapefruit and tangerines, roses, complex and fine
Wine pairing: Fish, white meat, shellfish, spiced food, Oriental and Asian kitchen, soupe au pistou, bouillabaisse, terrine de lapin, blanquette de veau
Serving temperature: 12 c , medium or big sized white wine glass. Open in advance before serving. drink now or keep untill 2026
Vinification: Destammed grapes slowly macerated, thermo regulated [18 degrees] vinification in stainless steel or concrete on it’s fine lie (fine sediment) SO2 total<70mg Alcohol content: 14,5%
