Millésime: 2018 2019

Grape variety and soil: 90% Grenache 4% Mourvèdre 4% Syrah 1% Counoise 1% Vaccarese, picked by hand, 30 Hl/ha, from sandy and clay soils, and big round pebbles (Galets Roulés)

Taste: Powerful and rich in fruit like strawberries and cherries, violets and liqorice, dried herbs and black olives, great balance and length with fine tannins

Wine pairing: red meats, game, stews, cheeses

Serving temperature: 18 c, big sized red wine glass type Burgundy. decant in advance before serving. drink now or keep untill 2028

Vinification: Long Maceration on the skins, and 30 days fermentation (thermo regulated 28 degrees) 15 % in used barrique’s 85% in stainless steel SO2 total<70mg Alcohol content: 14,5%
