One of the regional leading wine producers of the Bergerac is Christian Roche of Domaine l’Ancienne Cure represent already the 5th generation of this family estate (founded 1935), and produces award winning organic white, red and sweet wines

Region: Bergerac, AOC Bergerac

Millésimé: 2019

Grape variety and soil: 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Malbec, 20% Merlot. Soil, Argilo Calcaire (Clay with Limestone)

Taste: Pure and fresh styled Rosé Wine. Red fruits like raspberries, strawberriess and a touch of blacberries, nice body and acidity, long and lively after taste

Wine pairing: Aperitif, salads and vegetarian  dishes, pizza, chicken dishes, barbecue with friends

Serving Temperature: 10-12 c , medium sized white wine glass, drink now untill 2022

Vinification: Harvesting the grapes at maximum ripeness, soaking on their skins for 48 hours, rosé saignée and termo controled fermentation for 35 days on stainless steel. Riping on it’s lie (sediment) natural vinification, alcohol content 13,5%
