Grape variety and soil: 90% Sémillon, 10% Muscadelle. Soil: Argilo Calcaire (Clay with Limestone)
Taste: White peaches, dried fruits, honey. Fresh and sweet and full bodied, with a great balance and a long lively aftertaste all about ripe fruit
Wine pairing: Aperitif, fresh fruit salads and desserts low in sugar and blue cheeses
Serving Temperature: 10-11°C , medium sized white wine glass, drink now or until 2024
Vinification: Harvesting the grapes in several stages (tries) maximum of ripeness dried by Botrytis Cinerea. Clearing and fermentation on stainless steel for 20 days. Alcohol content: 13%
