One of the regional leading wine producers is Christian Roche from Domaine de l’Ancienne Cure represents already the 5th generation of this family estate (from 1935), and produces award winning organic white, red and sweet wines.

Region: Bergerac, AOC Monbazillac

Millésime: 2011 0,5ltr.

Grape variety and soil: 100% Muscadelle. Soil, Argilo Calcaire (Clay with Limestone)

Taste: Very complex and full bodied soft and sweet wine, honeyed and candied fruits, great freshness, long and lively aftertaste, The Best!!!

Wine pairing: Aperitif, foie gras, and desserts (low in sugar) blue cheeses, wine for meditation

Serving Temperature: 10-12 c, medium sized white wine glass, drink now or until 2030+
