Millésime: 2019
Grape variety and soil: 70% Cinsault, 15% Grenache ,15% Syrah. Argilo Calcaire, Limestone, and rocky soils, north face ot the small Alpilles mountain range
Taste: fine very pure and complex with grapefruit and zest and small notes of raspberries , very floral almond flowers and lavender, great freshness and acidity very long mineral aftertaste
Wine pairing: fine aperitif, gastronomical Mediterranean kitchen especially vegetable and vegetarian cooking, culinary fish and shellfish dishes, pesto (pistou) fine pasta dishes and cous cous and other spicyfood like the asian kitchen
Serving Temperature: 10-12c, medium or big sized white wine glass. Rosé for keeping, drink now but still very young (decant), or keep until 2028 (from 2022+ at it’s best)
Vinification: Slow pressing of the grapes, natural vinification local yeasts on stainless steel, riping on it’s fine lies for min. 6-12 months in concrete eggs, not filtred or fined SO2 total<25mg Alcohol content: 12%
