Grape variety and soil: 70% Cinsault, 15% Grenache ,15% Syrah. Soil: Argilo Calcaire, Limestone, and rocky soils, north face ot the small Alpilles mountain range
Taste: Fine, very pure and complex with grapefruit and zest and small notes of raspberries , very floral, almond flowers and lavender.Great freshness and acidity very long mineral aftertaste
