Julien Auroux from Domaine Julien Auroux is a young wine producer (7th Generation) based in the little village of Boisse in the most eastern part of the Bergerac region. He is working very precise and experiments a lot to improve his wines every year. His relative cool terroir rich in limestone is one of the best from this region and produces elegant and mineral wines.

Taste: Pure medium bodied Wine. With red fruits like cassis and blacberries and spices, nice body and freshness, fine tannins, long and lingering after taste
Wine pairing: Your daily red wine, red meats, game but also barbecue with friends etc.
Serving Temperature: 16 c, medium sized red wine glass. Open 2 hours in advance or decant before serving, drink now or keep until 2028
Vinification: Natural vinification on concrete tanks for 7 months, local yeasts low in SO2<20 mg
