Description
Julien Auroux from Domaine Julien Auroux is a young wine producer (7th Generation) based in the little village of Boisse in the most eastern part of the Bergerac region. He is working very precise and experiments a lot to improve his wines every year. His relative cool terroir rich in limestone is one of the best from this region and produces powerful but elegant and mineral wines.

Taste: Pure and round nice juice, very fine and complex, great balance, fresh herbs and peach fruit, floral and a nice mineral touch long aftertaste
Wine pairing: Great white wine, asparagus, fine fish and white meat dishes, vegetarian dishes and oriental cuisine
Serving Temperature: 11-12 c , medium or big sized white wine glass. Open advance or decant before serving, drink now or keep until 2028
Vinification: Natural vinification on concrete tanks for 12 months on it’s fine lie (sediment), local yeasts not filtred of fined low in SO2<30mg alcohol content 13%
