Created just 5 years ago Maya Sallée and Nicolas Fernandez are a couple of young winegrowers with degrees in agronomy and oenology, they change with a few other great winegrowers the face of the Cahors region, Unique wines with freshness and ripe fruit, and the best expression of their great terroir
Region: Vin de France, Cahors
Grape variety and soil: Malbec and Merlot Soil, Argilo Calcaire (Clay with Limestone) Kimmeridge undercook on a height of 340 meters
Taste: A wine in a glou glou style, red and black fruits, like cherries and blueberries. Round and fresh with finesse and a very silky tannin.
Wine pairing: With friends, red and white meats, charcuterie, BBQ, cheeses and why not with grilled fish
Serving Temperature: 15-16°C, in a medium or large burgundy style red wine glass. decant before serving. Drink now or keep until 2026
Vinification: Natural vinification with indigenous yeasts, gentle maceration in concrete vats at low temperature. Maturation for 6 months. neither fined nor filtered. Alcohol content: 12%. no added sulphites Total SO2<20
