Grape variety and soil: 60% Merlot 20% Cabernet Franc 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, all hand picked Soil, Argilo Calcaire on a Limestone bedrock 80 m altitude, prolongation of the plateau of Saint Emilion.
Taste: Vinious and powerful but easy going, red and black fruit, freshness, liqorice, mint and floral. great length, complexity and finesse
Wine pairing: With good friends, Red meats, stews, game and venaison, cheese platter
Serving Temperature: 16 c, big sized red wine glass type Bordeaux. if possible decant before drinking, Drink now until 2026+ cool cellar
Vinification: Natural vinification, local yeasts, in stainless steel vats 6-7 months, no filtering or fining, no sulphur added during vinification only a few miligram before botteling. low in sulphite <25 mg SO2 total alcohol content: 13,5%
