Description
Francois Laborie started the Domaine les 3 Saules in 2015 near the Village of Villefranche de Lonchat at the most western part of de Bergerac region. After a lot of experience in the Wine Industry in France and abroad he settled here in his home region. His approach for the future is working as natural as possible and according biodynamic regulations for producing, pure and drinkable wine, with the best expression of their great terroir (almost the same as de plateau of Saint Emilion)

Grape variety and soil: Sauvignon Blanc and some Sémillon, soil argilo calcaire with fossilised limestone bedrock
Taste: Fresh, dry and pure, white flowers and ripe lemon and exotic fruit like papaya and passion fruit, complex and mineral body, lingering aftertaste, a little bit reductive so let it breath in your glass or serve from a caraf, not filtred so a little bit cloudy
Wine pairing: salads, fish, smoked fish and shellfish, fish dishes, light dishes of white meats, soft white and goat cheese
Serving Temperature: 10-12 c , medium sized white wine glass type Bordeaux or Burgundy. Open in advance or decant before drinking, drink now or keep untill 2024-2026
Vinification: Natural vinification local yeast’s on concrete and stainless steel, riping on it’s fine lies for 6 months, not filtered or fined, no or very low amound of sulphites added SO2 total<30mg Alcohol content: 12%
Culture: Organic and Biodynamic, Natural Wine. No certification
