The Plageoles Family are defenders of local grape varieties and ancestral winemaking in the least interventionist way possible, they vinify almost all their wines as single grape varieties and are one of the pioneers in true organic wines in the South-West.

Grape variety and soil: 100% Loin d’Oeil selection massale. Soil: Argilo Calcaire (Clay with Limestone)
Taste: elegant and sweet with freshness, white and yellow stone fruit with a exotic touch, finesse and length
Wine pairing: aperitif, fruit, bleu cheese and other cheeses, desserts low in sugar based on stone or exotic fruits
Serving Temperature: 10-12°C, medium or small sized white wine glass. Open in advance before serving, drink now or keep until 2030+
Vinification: Natural vinification on Demi-Muid barrels for 10 months, local yeasts. Not filtered or fined. Low in sulfites. Alcohol content: 12%. SO2<30mg
