Region: Wine grapes from The Lyonnais region (Beaujolais) together with grapes from Côtes de Duras and Bergerac. And made in Pomport, Bergerac, Vin de France, Vin de negoce

Grape variety and soil: 50% Gamay de Lyonnais, Granite and sandy soils, 50% Merlot from the Bergerac and Duras region, argilo calcaire and marl
Taste: Juicy and round with lots of red fruits like Cherries, raspberries and strawberries, nice mineral touch and easygoing finish. You can taste very well the mix of the 2 terroirs. Very interesting wine
Wine pairing: for every ocassion,charcuterie and soft cheeses, barbecue, poultry and white and red meats
Serving Temperature: 14 c, medium or big sized white wine glass type Burgundy. Open in advance or decant before drinking, drink now or keep untill 2022-2024
Vinification: Natural vinification local yeast’s on concrete and stainless steel, not filtered or fined, no sulphites added SO2 total<25mg Alcohol content: 13%
Culture: Oranic and Biodynamic, Natural Wine, no certification
