Romuald Cousy, Domaine Ambitio and Vincent Alexis from Château Barouillet, are working together on this project named Gaules de Bois, to obtain the best biodynamic grapes from other winemakers in Bergerac / Duras or other regions. They produce fantastic original and creative wines

Region: Vin de France, Bergerac. Blend of Carcassonne, Beaujolais and Bergerac grapes. Vin de négoce

Grape variety and soil: 40% Grenache from Carcassonnes, 30% Gamay from Beaujolais, 30% Merlot from Bergerac. Soil several terroirs

Taste: Light in color, juicy and round with lots of red fruits like cherries, raspberries and strawberries. A nice mineral touch and an easy going finish. We taste very well the mixture of the 3 terroirs. Very interesting wine

Wine pairing: For every occasion, charcuterie and soft cheeses, BBQ, poultry and white and red meats

Serving Temperature: 12-14°C, medium or large burgundy type white wine glass. Drink now or keep until 2024

Vinification: Natural vinification with local yeasts on concrete and stainless steel, unfiltered or fined. No sulfites added. Alcohol content: 11.5% Total SO2 <25 mg
