Romuald Cousy, Domaine Ambitio and Vincent Alexis from Château Barouillet, Work together on this project named Gaules de Bois, to get the best biodynamic grapes from other growers from the Bergerac/Duras or other regions. And to produce fantastic original and creatif wines from them

Region: Wine grapes from The Lyonnais region (Beaujolais) but made in Pomport, Bergerac, Vin de France

Millésime: 2018

Grape variety and soil: 100% Gamay de Lyonnais, Granite and sandy soils

Taste: Fresh and juicy with red fruits like raspberries and strawberries, some rose petals, easygoing but quit mineral in the finish

Wine pairing: fresh type of red wine so as an aperitif, with charcuterie and soft cheeses, jambon persillé, poultry en fish and white meats

Serving Temperature: 12-14 c, medium or big sized white wine glass type Burgundy. Open in advance or decant before drinking, drink now or keep untill 2021-2022

Vinification: Natural vinification local yeast’s on concrete and stainless steel, not filtered or fined, no sulphites added SO2 total<25mg Alcohol content: 11%

Culture: Oranic and Biodynamic, Natural Wine, no certification
