Description
Mickaël Gaulhiac is a young winemaker who founded Domaine Hukulumbarros in Creysse (Pécharmant) in 2017, planted only with red grape varieties. He began his career making wine at Château Couronneau, a well-known Biodynamic Estate in Bordeaux. After Hukulumbarros he bought yet another new estate, Domaine Trëma in Port de Sainte-Foy to also make white, rosé and sweet wines. 2022 here is the first and very good vintage

Grape variety and soil: 33% Semillon, 34% Sauvignon Blanc, 33% Muscadelle Soil:, Argilo Calcaire, on a limestone rock base
Taste: Fresh & floral bouquet, yellow and white fruits, a medium fresh ripe side due to vinification all together of different grape varieties, fat and with length, beautiful minerality and liveliness
Wine pairing: Serving Temperature: 11-12°C, medium or large white wine glass such as Bordeaux or Burgundy. Open in advance or decant before serving, or store until 2026
Vinification: Harvesting and vinification of all the grape varieties together on stainless steel, short maceration on the skins of the grapes, 9 months of aging on lees, Low in sulfites. Alcohol content:12% SO2 44 mg total
