Valérie Courrèges, born in the south west of France, is an experienced oenologist who, after gaining experience in California and Chile, became director of domaine Fontainebleau in Provence. In 2019, together with her partner Matthieu Cosse, she bought Clos Rességuier with great terroirs in Cahors and the Côtes de Quercy. Producing natural and biodynamic (Demeter in 2022) ensures lively and rich wines with a lot of expression of the terroir. She also still makes wines in Provence through a lease construction of vineyards.

Grape variety and soil: Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah Soil, Argilo Calcaire (Clay with Limestone)

Taste: Foral with lemon, zest and peach, complex, bone dry with a fine body and balance, loads of fruits and salty length

Wine pairing: Aperitif, salade niçoise, grilled fish, mediterranean kitchen, pesto dishes, all occasions

Serving Temperature: 10-12°C, medium or big sized white wine glass type Burgundy. drink now or keep untill 2025

Vinification: Natural vinification with local yeasts on concrete tanks, maturation for 6 months. Alcohol content: 13% SO2 total<70mg
