Valérie Courrèges, born in the south west of France, is an experienced oenologist who, after gaining experience in California and Chile, became director of domaine Fontainebleau in Provence. In 2019, together with her partner Matthieu Cosse, she bought Clos Rességuier with great terroirs in Cahors and the Côtes de Quercy.
