The website www.troismetsetvins.com is an initiative that was taken from our company SARL Atelier Creative 3 by Tim and Frederike Bos. On the websites we’re as precise and clear as possible about the conditions and agreements that apply when you book a wine tasting, a dinner or order wine in our webshop. In the terms and conditions that you can read below, We’re listing everything for you.

2.1 The general terms and conditions apply to all agreements concluded by consumers (further: the customer) with Trois Mets & Vins. This therefore applies in any case to book a wine tasting, book a dinner or ordering wine, but also to all other agreements between the customer and Trois Mets & Vins.
2.2 Before the agreement is concluded, the text of these general terms and conditions is made available to the customer. If this is not reasonably possible, Trois Mets & Vins will indicate with the customer before the agreement is concluded, how the general terms and conditions can be viewed and that they will be sent free of charge as soon as possible at the request of the customer.
2.3 If the agreement is concluded electronically, contrary to the previous paragraph and before the agreement is concluded, the text of these general terms and conditions may be made available to the customer electronically. If this is not reasonably possible, it will be indicated before the agreement is concluded where the general terms and conditions can be read and that they will be sent free of charge electronically or otherwise at the request of the customer.
2.4 In the event that specific product or service conditions apply in addition to these general terms and conditions, the second and third paragraphs apply mutatis mutandis and in the event of conflicting conditions the customer can always invoke the applicable provision that is most favorable to him.
3. Age restriction
- We will not sell wine to anyone who isn’t 18 years old. By placing an order in our webshop or by booking a wine tasting you also confirm you are at least 18 years old.
- If you are buying a case of wine as a gift – the recipient must also be over 18 years old.
4. The offer
On the website mentioned above I inform you about which products and services Trois Mets & Vins offers and how you can order something. I also inform you about the price and what you can do if you are not satisfied with your purchase. The offer on the websites is as complete and accurate as possible. The description is sufficiently detailed to allow a proper assessment of the offer by the customer. If Trois Mets & Vins uses images, these are a true representation of the products or services offered. Apparent mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind Trois Mets & Vins.
5. The agreement
5.1 Wine tasting or dinner: You can book a wine tasting or dinner via the website Trois Mets & Vins. The payment for the wine tasting or dinner is made prior to the event. After making the reservation you will receive a confirmation with payment link by e-mail. Payment must be made 3 weeks before the date of the event, after which the event is final.
5.2 Order wine: Via the website www.troismetsetvins.com it is possible to order wine. You will receive an order confirmation with an invoice by e-mail. After receiving the payment, the wine will be sent to the specified address. The delivery can, at the option of Trois Mets & Vins, be done by parcel post as well as by Trois Mets & Vins itself.
6. Changes, cancellation and termination
6.1 Ordering wine: Have you purchased wine and does the product not meet the requirements you can expect from it? You may return the wine within 14 days of receipt. We would like to receive the opened bottle, closed return. We will send you a new product or you will receive your payment back within 10 days. Shipping costs in the case of a justified cancellation will be reimbursed by Trois Mets & Vins.
6.2 Wine tasting and dinners: Changes to the original agreement, by or on behalf of the customer, that lead to costs that are not included in the order confirmation, will be charged to the customer.
6.3 The changes referred to in the previous paragraph must be made known to Trois Mets & Vins in writing (by email) at least seven days before the start of the event and must be accepted by Trois Mets & Vins.
6.4 Changes that are made later than 7 days before the start of the wine tasting or dinner and that are not accepted by Trois Mets & Vins, can no longer be implemented for the wine tasting or dinner in question.
6.5 Trois Mets & Vins has the right to terminate an agreement at any time, without having to pay any (damage) compensation, in the event that the assignment conflicts with any statutory or other governmental provision or if, in its opinion, the content ould harm the interests and / or good name of Trois Mets & Vins.
6.6. If during a wine tasting or dinner the safety of guests, staff and / or others is insufficiently guaranteed or in the event of improper use of materials made available, Trois Mets & Vins is entitled to deviate from the agreement already concluded or this wholly in its own discretion. or partially dissolve, without having to pay any (damage) compensation to the customer
6.7 The following are excluded from the right of withdrawal:
– Wine that you do not like, while the product does meet the requirements that you can reasonably set for this.
– Broken or empty bottles of wine
7. The price
7.1 All prices mentioned on the websites include VAT.
7.2 Trois Mets & Vins charges ……. for shipping wine in France (this price applies up to 12 bottles). The wine is then sent via a courier service, so that it is delivered to your home quickly, safely and undamaged. If you want to order more bottles at once, that is of course possible. In the municipality of Monpazier (20 kilometer around) there are no shipping costs. When an order is made within that municipality, the order will be delivered personally.
7.3 Trois Mets & Vins reserves the right to pass on price changes that occur between the order confirmation and its execution to the customer. Trois Mets & Vins shares this price change with the consumer as soon as possible.
7.4 Trois Mets & VIns uses a fixed amount per participant in a wine tasting or event. In consultation with the customer, and only if the customer and Trois Mets & Vins both agree, a wine tasting can take longer than previously agreed.
8. Delivery and execution
8.1 Trois Mets & VIns strives to deliver the order placed by you within a maximum of 3 working days. Deviating delivery times are stated as well as possible on the product page. If the delivery takes unexpectedly longer, or if we cannot deliver everything on time, you will be notified as soon as possible. If it is not possible to deliver on time, you can cancel your purchase. If you have paid in advance, Trois Mets & Vins will refund your payment within 10 days.
8.2 If Trois Mets & VIns can no longer deliver an ordered wine, you will get your money back, or we will offer you a good alternative.
9. Illness / force majeure or cancellation – by Trois Mets & Vins
In the unlikely event that a wine tasting or dinner cannot take place (due to disease of Trois Mets & Vins or due to other serious matters), Trois Mets & Vins will let you know as soon as possible. Together we look for an alternative date or you will receive the amount that you have paid in advance, back within 10 days.
10. Illness / force majeure or cancellation – by customer
10.1 Wine tasting or dinner: You can change the date up to 2 weeks before the date on which the wine tasting takes place, in consultation with Trois Mets & Vins. Are you canceling the wine tasting as a whole within 2 weeks of the planned date? Than Trois Mets & Vins will charge you 50% of the total invoice of the wine tasting of the dinner.
11.1 As stated in Article 2, a payment term of no later than two weeks applies in the case of a wine tasting or dinner.
11.2 If the customer fails to fulfill his obligation to pay, Trois Mets & Vins may request the assistance of a third party to collect the outstanding invoice. The extrajudicial collection costs are borne by the customer.
12. Complaints and disputes
12.1 Trois Mets & Vins makes every effort to provide you with the best possible service. You may not be satisfied with our products or our services. In that case, contact us. You can report your complaint to Frederike Bos of Trois Mets & Vins: firstname.lastname@example.org
12.2 Complaints about the implementation of the agreement must be submitted within 14 days after the performance to be performed by Trois Mets & VIns on the basis of the agreement.
12.3 If the complaint cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, a dispute will arise.
12.4 All quotes and agreements between Trois Mets & Vins and the customer are governed by French law.
12.5 All disputes are submitted exclusively to the competent court in Bergerac.
13.1 Trois Mets & Vins is not liable for damage caused by Trois Mets & Vins products and / or services provided on the part of the customer or a third party, unless there is intent on the part of Trois Mets & Vins whereby the damage is directly is caused.
13.2 Trois Mets & Vins is neither liable to the customer nor to third parties for damage to clothing of the customer or third parties or other property of the customer or third parties except if this is caused by intent on the part of Trois Mets & Vins whereby that damage is directly caused. Trois Mets & Vins is not liable for consequential damage.
13.3 Trois Mets & Vins is neither liable to the customer nor to third parties for damage or injury to the customer or third parties, unless the damage or injury was caused directly by intention on the part of Trois Mets & Vins. The customer indemnifies Trois Mets & Vins against all claims from third parties for damage suffered by them caused by the services and / or products provided by Trois Mets & Vins unless there is intent on the part of Trois Mets & Vins.
13.4 Trois Mets & Vins cannot be held liable for reimbursement of costs, damage and interest if, as a result of force majeure, she has been unable to meet an obligation resting on her. Trois Mets & Vins is in force majeure when she cannot, not timely or properly comply due to causes not attributable to her, including in any case, but not limited to, the circumstances listed below:
non-delivery and / or late delivery by suppliers, illness staff of Trois Mets & Vins and / or third parties engaged by Trois Mets & Vins, work strike and other causes not attributable to Trois Mets & Vins such as business stagnation, serious family circumstances, fire, leakage, theft, lack of resources, transport difficulties, government measures, extremely high water, state of war, threat of war, drought, earthquakes, floods, storms, sleet, snow and similar weather conditions. Trois Mets & Vins is not liable for damages in those cases.
13.5 In the event of force majeure, Trois Mets & Vins reserve the right to deviate from the agreed conditions.
13.6 The customer is responsible for having the correct insurance policies, such as liability insurance.
The copyright and other industrial or intellectual property rights of products, concepts or events that are established by Trois Mets & Vins remain the property of Trois Mets & Vins.
15. Additional or different provisions
If Trois Mets & Vins change something about these general terms and conditions in the future, this will be announced on the website.
