Grape variety and soil: 55% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Cabernet Franc Soil, Argilo Calcaire, layer on limestone rock
Taste: Deep red fruits like blue and black berries, plums, very complex and layered with the right touch of oak very well integrated. Rich and full body and good freshness, fine strong but ripe tannins, long after taste
Wine pairing: Lamb, Duck, confits or breasts other red meats, game and hard cheeses
Serving Temperature: 16-17 c, big sized red wine glass type Bordeaux. Open 4 hours in advance or decant before serving aging potential: 2025-2030
Vinification: Natural vinification with local yeasts on 1/3 new oak barrels and 2/3 (2-6 years) for 18-24 months according vintage in a real cellar, and aging on the bottle 2-3 years low in SO2 <70mg total, alcohol content: 14,5%
