Grape variety and soil: 70% Merlot 30% Cabernet Franc, soil: Argilo Calcaire (Clay with Limestone) Hors les Murs means Vin de Negoce grapes are bought from other organic producers
Taste: Juicy and fresh with some body, ripe pure red fruits, mineral and quite long in after taste, good structure low tannins
Wine pairing: Great wine to drink on it’s own with or without friends, best combination with charcuterie and nice cheeses, but also your every day drinking natural wine, red meats, stews, veggie food.
Serving Temperature: 16 c, medium/ big sized red wine glass. Open 2 hours in advance or decant before serving. drink now or keep untill 2024 (cool cellar)
Vinification: Natural vinification with Maceration Carbonique all 3 grape variaties seperate and some whole bunch fermenation, on concrete and sainless steel, not filtered, very low amont of sulphites added before bottelingSO2 total<25mg Alcohol content: 13%
