Julien Auroux from Domaine Julien Auroux is a young wine producer (7th Generation) based in the little village of Boisse in the most eastern part of the Bergerac region. He is working very precise and experiments a lot to improve his wines every year. His relative cool terroir rich in limestone is one of the best from this region and produces elegant and mineral wines.

Serving Temperature: 16 c, medium sized red wine glass, drink now and young keep untill 2022
Vinification: Natural vinification, short maceration 10 days, and maturation for 5 months in stainless steel and polyester tanks, not filtred or fined no sulphites added SO2 total<20 mg alcohol content 13%
