Domaine le Pré Vert is lead by Guilaume and Yasuko Jaquemin, They started in 2017 working biodynamic with natural vinification and in the future with a Perma Culture on 9 hectares of great vineyards in Razac de Saussignac (Dordogne), a very fine and well balanced wine style from 2 passionated vintners

Grape variety and soil: 100% Merlot handpicked. Soil, Argilo Calcaire (Clay with Limestone and silex)
Taste: Dark rosé with a subtle sweetness (4 grams of reducial sugar ) and maybe with the change of the seasons it will turn out to a light sparkling and more dry wine? Fine and light juicy wine with a lot of fruits like cassis, red berries and rasp berries, nice complexity some body and a lot of fresness and spicy length
Wine pairing: Aperitif, with friends, Charcuterie, cheese, asparagus, just like that
Serving Temperature: 12 c, medium sized white or red wine glass, drink now or until 2024
Vinification: Short maceration on the skins in cuves, natural vinification no sulphites added not filtred or fined so depostist possible SO2 total <25mg 12% alc, crown cap
