Bénédicte and Christophe Piat original from Switzerland fell in love with this very poetic 15th century old Bordeaux castle and reconstructed the whole Domaine, vineyards and cellar from 1994 until 1997. Converting it direct in organic farming and later biodynamic farming in 2005. Gregoire their second son is at this moment in charge of this wonderful estate and making even more effort in producing wines as natural as possible.

Taste: Pure full bodied Wine. Very dense grenat color with smokey red fruits like Cherries and blackberries and spices, nice body and superb freshness, fine tannins, long and lingering after taste
Wine pairing: Your daily red wine, red meats, game but also barbecue with friends etc.
Serving Temperature: 16°C, medium sized red wine glass. Open 2 hours in advance or decant before serving, drink now or keep until 2028
Vinification: Natural vinification on stainless steel tanks for 15 months, local yeasts. Not filtered or fined. No sulfites added. Alcohol content: 15%. SO2<25mg
