Camille and Mathias Marquet of Château Lestignac are the wizards of the Bergerac region! Working already for more than 12 years Biodynamic, with 100% natural vinification. 100% expression of the terroir and an almost Burgundy style. They are not afraid to experiment

Region: Bergerac, Vin de France

Grape variety and soil: Sweet Wine of Sémillon of 2009 non ouillé equally blended with an Orange Wine of Petit Manseng from 2019 Soil: Argilo calcaire (Clay with Limestone). blue marl on rocky soil

Taste: Rich semi-sweet super complex oxidative style a very fine wine with lost of layers, asian spice box, citrus, tangerines, ripe fruits, caramels, smoky, mineral, superb acidity and enormous length

Wine pairing: meditation wine, aperitif with your best friends, cinnamon apple cake (low in sugar), foie gras

Serving Temperature: 11-14°C , medium sized or big white wine glass. Open 1 hour in advance and decant before serving. drink now or keep untill 2030+

VinificationNatural vinification on amphora, concrete and old barrels, Sweet wine in barrels non ouille, therefore oxidative style, Orange wine in amphora not filtered or fined, very low amound of sulphites added. Alcohol level: 12% SO2 total<30mg
