Vincent Roussely started on his family Domaine Clos Roussely in 2001, all about purity en full expression of the grape varieties and the terroir of Angé.

Grape variety and soil:  100% Chardonnay Soil, Argilo Calcaire (Clay with Limestone), and Silex

Taste: Great and very pure dry blanc de blanc, with notes of brioche ripe fuits en mineral fine, complex and elegant

Vinification: Natural vinification in 250 year old caves troglodytes 1/3 in 400 liter oak barrels 12 months 2/3 in stainless steel tanks, local yeasts, second fermentation on the bottle (methode traditionnelle) riping on his fine lies (sediment) sur lattes 24-36 months low in SO2< 70mg alcohol content 12,5%
