Grape variety and soil: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, grapes from Domaine Bout du Monde and made by Jean Baptiste at Bon Vin with the help of Benoît Périsse and Château Lestignac Soil: Argilo calcaire with limestone bedrock
Taste: A big wine, powerful and rich, complex, round and large well integrated oak, black fruits like cassis and plums, some mint and cigar box, chocolat, great length and big ripe tannins
Wine pairing: Red meats, stews, game and venison, ripe cheeses and spicy food
Serving Temperature: 16-17°C, big sized red wine glass type Bordeaux/Burgundy. Open in advance and decant several hours before drinking, drink now or keep until 2030+
Vinification: Natural vinification local yeast’s on a Barrique. Not filtered or fined, no sulfites added. Alcohol content: 14% SO2 total<25mg
