Grape variety and soil: 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Grenache, 20% Syrah, 10% Cinsault. Soil: Argilo Calcaire, Limestone, and rocky soils, north face ot the small Alpilles mountain range
Taste: Elegant fine and pure, red cherries and berries, complex sublte, Herbes de Provence and some floral scents, juicy with great fresh acidity, some minerals like chalc and graphite, fine dense but soft tannins and lingering aftertaste
