Millésime: 2020

Grape variety and soil: 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Grenache, 20% Syrah, 10% Cinsault. Argilo Calcaire, Limestone, and rocky soils, north face ot the small Alpilles mountain range

Taste: Elegant fine and pure, red cherries and berries, complex sublte, Herbes de Provence and some floral scents, juicy with great fresh acidity, some minerals like chalc and graphite, fine dense but soft tannins and lingering aftertaste

Wine pairing: red and white meats, subtle gastronomical mediteranean kitchen

Serving Temperature: 16-17c, medium or big sized white wine glass. drink young for the benefit of it’s primary fruit and (decant), or keep until 2028

Vinification: natural vinification soft extraction of the fruit, local yeasts on stainless steel and riping on it’s fine lies for min. 6-12 months, not filtred or fined SO2 total<25mg Alcohol content: 13%
