Julien Auroux from Domaine Julien Auroux is a wine producer (7th Generation) based in the little village of Boisse in the most eastern part of the Bergerac region. He is working very precise and experiments a lot to improve his wines every year. His relative cool terroir rich in limestone is one of the best from this region and produces powerful but elegant and mineral wines

Grape variety and soil: 50% Sémillon and 50% Sauvignon Blanc. Soil: Argilo Calcaire (Clay with Limestone)
Taste: Pure and fresh, powerful and bone dry with a nice round body. Lemon, apple, peaches, white flowers and a nice mineral touch good length
Wine pairing: Your daily white wine, fish, white meats and farmer chicken, vegetarian dishes and spicy food
Serving Temperature: 10-11°C , medium sized white wine glass. Drink now or keep until 2028
Vinification: Natural vinification with local yeasts on stainless steel for 7 months on its fine lees (sediment). Not filtered of fined. Alcohol content: 13,5% SO2<25mg
