The young couple Sylvain Ohayon (wine maker) and Aude Duval (former caviste) arrived in 2017 on this wine estate in the Montravel region, Bergerac. Organic culture with Biodynamic approach. Great quality but only small quantities

Grape variety and soil: 60% Merlot 20% Cabernet Franc 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, all hand picked Soil: Argilo Calcaire on a Limestone bedrock 80 m altitude, Port de Sainte Foy prolongation of the plateau of Saint Emilion
Taste: Easy going, red and black fruit, freshness, licorice, mint and floral. Great length, complexity and finesse
Wine pairing: With good friends, red meats, stews, game, venaison and cheese platter
Serving Temperature: 16°C, big sized red wine glass type Bordeaux. Drink now, better to decant, or keep until 2026
Vinification: Natural vinification, local yeasts, in stainless steel vats 6-7 months.Not filtered or fined. No sulfites added. Alcohol content: 13%. SO2 total<25mg
