Independent winemaker Patrice Colin who, with his son Pierre François, cultivates 25 hectares of vines in Thoré-la-Rochette in the Coteaux Vendômois near le Loir, a northern tributary of the Loire. Certified Organic since 2008 and Biodynamic since 2020 (Demeter). Here the best of the terroir and the local grape varieties Pineau d’Aunis and Chenin Blanc. All the wines are very fine and gastronomic with a beautiful minerality, and little or no intervention during the vinification with extreme precision. The wines mature in the troglodyte cellars typical of the region

Vinification: Natural vinification with local yeasts on vats, direct fermentation in the bottle riping on it’s lees, Methode Ancestral or Pet-Nat. Not filtered or fined, Alcohol content: 12,5%, no sulfite added SO2 total<25mg (Demeter)
