The Plageoles Family are defenders of local grape varieties and ancestral winemaking in the least interventionist way possible, they vinify almost all their wines as single grape varieties and are one of the pioneers in true organic wines in the South-West.

Grape variety and soil: 100% Syrah selection massale. Soil: Argilo Calcaire (Clay with Limestone)
Taste: Full bodied Wine. With spicy black fruits great tannins, long and lingering after taste. But very different like the Syrah from the Rhône Vally
Wine pairing: Red meats, game, cheesesbut also barbecue with friends etc.
Serving Temperature: 16°C, medium sized red wine glass. Open 2 hours in advance or decant before serving, drink now or keep until 2028
Vinification: Natural vinification on concrete tanks for 10 months, local yeasts. Not filtered or fined. No sulfites added. Alcohol content: 13,5%. SO2<25mg
