Romuald Cousy, Domaine Ambitio and Vincent Alexis from Château Barouillet, are working together on this project named Gaules de Bois, to obtain the best biodynamic grapes from other winemakers in Bergerac / Duras or other regions. They produce fantastic original and creative wines
Region: Vin de France, Bergerac. With grenache grapes from Clos de Jarres, Languedoc. Vin de négoce
Grape variety and soil: 100% Grenache from Clos de Jarres Languedoc. Soil several terroirs
Taste: Light almost rosé in color, juicy and fresh with lots of red fruits red and black fruits. A nice mineral touch and a spicy finish. Very interesting wine
Wine pairing: For every occasion, charcuterie and soft cheeses, BBQ, poultry and white and red meats
Serving Temperature: 12-14°C, medium or large burgundy type white wine glass. Drink now or keep until 2026
Vinification: Natural vinification with local yeasts on concrete egg shaped vats unfiltered or fined. No sulfites added. Alcohol content: 13.5% Total SO2 <25 mg
